Collection: CDC

CDC, or cul-de-canard, is the soft, fluffy material that comes from around the preening gland of a duck or goose.

Despite its fluffy nature, CDC floats really well, and even using small amounts is clear to see on the water.

These feathers are soft and strong and provide wonderful movement on the water.

It has lots of uses especially useful when tying emergers.

We have three typed of CDC available

Tufts - the smallest and useful for parachute  posts

Small - smaller feathers for tight intricate work

Large - The Marc Petitjean Range of CDC
