Shipping policy

The correct charge will be applied before dispatch for all UK Orders this is based on a fixed rate price of £3.95 (Subject to change) for orders of £0.01 to £54.99, for orders of £55.00 and over the cost of shipping is free.

International orders postage is fixed at the rate price as advertised. If the postage is applied incorrectly, we reserve the right to apply the correct postage, if this occurs we will contact you first to advise.

Qualifying orders of £55 and over when delivered within the UK (including Northern Ireland) will be free shipping. 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Parcel Motels. or PO Boxes unless we have discussed prior to the order. (British overseas forces PO Boxes excluded from this restriction)

For items returned for exchange due to unwanted / incorrect purchase an exchange shipping fee may be applied (This does not affect your statutory rights)
